Heavy Construction
One-piece brass quick disconnect fitting connection with PG-inner-thread for corrugated
tubing's.
IP 67 acc.to EN 60529 approx. from -30 degrees C up to +100 degrees C
Construction:
Nickel-plated brass screw connection case with hexagon wrench surface and fixed PG inner
thread DIN 40430 or metric inner thread acc. EN 60423 as well as an integrated snap-in
sleeve and sealing.
Material:
Casing Box: Nickel-plated brass 58
Sliding Sleeve: High-quality, impact resistant plastic material (PA)
Sealing: Santoprene
Properties:
Rational tubing assembly due to one-piece screw connection with push-in lock. Simple
dismounting by displacing the snap-in sleeve. Smallest outer dimensions to be used under
confined conditions. Due to the brass thread connection fit for high mechanical stresses,
impact resistant. High torque of thread connection.
Protective System:
IP 67 acc. EN 60529
Temperature Range:
From approx. -30 degrees C up to approx. +100 degrees C
Application:
For expert assembly, acc. to the application rules of DIN EN 60204 in the machine and
plant construction. The brass thread offers a wide range of applications. For
example: rolling stocks, heavy machine and plant construction.

Thread Types:
Also deliverable as screw connection with NPT, UNEF, trapeze and other connecting threads.
